- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Governance, Alation Data Catalog, Collibra Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of distributed data processing and analytics within cloud environments.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data platform issues and implement effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
