- Assist in documenting technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve software quality and development efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
- Ability to work with operating systems and network components that support SAP infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
