Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring that the application solutions align with organizational goals. The position requires overseeing the progress of development activities, addressing challenges as they arise, and maintaining clear communication channels to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application design and configuration activities to meet project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and ensure quality deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data workflows and integration.
- Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and data replication techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
