- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools to ensure code reliability.
- Ability to work with databases and understand data structures relevant to software applications.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
