- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software architecture and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software components with overall system architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing performance of Salesforce applications and custom components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
