Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions to meet those needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), API Management, React.js.
- Strong experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
- Expertise in designing and managing APIs to facilitate seamless integration between systems.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, particularly React.js, to support full-stack development efforts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across distributed environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
