Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet expectations, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business needs into functional software components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the organizational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in documenting application design and configuration details to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure software quality.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools that complement Selenium.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues within automated test suites and application environments.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and identify areas for improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
