Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management in cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud resource management.
- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting cloud applications to ensure high availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
