Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive project success and deliver high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture, AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service), AWS Lambda Administration, AWS Glue.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS CloudFormation and AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.
- Working knowledge of CloudWatch Logs, Metrics, and Alarms
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
- Experience in connecting Lambda to downstream services (SQS, DynamoDB, Firehose, S3)
- Experience using Amazon EventBridge to trigger and coordinate actions between multiple systems
- Familiarity with AWS Glue Data Catalog for data registration and schema management
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Basic awareness of API Gateway, ACM certificates, and HTTPS endpoints (not required to configure)
- Understanding how Amazon Kinesis Firehose is used to move and archive data in S3 without performing transformations

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Need to work on Shift B (12:30pm till 10:00pm)
