Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting teams to define requirements and design applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will engage in discussions to refine project goals and contribute to the overall success of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the final products are both user-friendly and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
