Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to apply your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, designing software components, and implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and performance. Additionally, you will participate in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can improve team efficiency and project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenLink Endur. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in system integration and configuration management. - Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenLink Endur. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
