Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools and techniques. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - A 15 years full time education is required.
