- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and system interoperability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
