Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and define the requirements for new software applications. You will engage in designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the software developed effectively supports organizational goals. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application designs, contribute to planning sessions, and work alongside various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the software solutions being developed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies within the team.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Experience with designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Familiarity with automation tools and infrastructure as code concepts.
- Understanding of network security principles and cloud compliance standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
