Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a deep understanding of how to translate business requirements into functional software solutions, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and optimize performance, while also adapting to evolving business environments and technological advancements. The engineer actively participates in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration and usability across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues that may impact outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance to support complex business processes.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP MDG implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG framework.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
