Senior Salesforce Developer – Apex & Lightning Web Components and JavaScript

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) who demonstrates high ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take on challenges, work on complex problem statements, learn continuously, and contribute meaningfully to delivery success while working closely with leads, managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Development & Delivery
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and platform features.
Deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant code aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Participate actively in build, testing, defect fixing, and deployments.
Take ownership of assigned stories/tasks and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
Ownership & Accountability
Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of development tasks—from understanding requirements to final delivery.
Proactively identify issues, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Be accountable for quality, timelines, and outcomes, not just task completion.
Support production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with Tech Leads, Functional Leads, and Managers on solutioning and delivery.
Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to a positive, responsible team culture.
Show strong learning intent—quickly adapt to new domains, features, and frameworks.
Actively incorporate feedback to improve technical skills and delivery maturity.
Functional Exposure (Good to Have)
Contribute to development in CG Cloud Retail / TPM scenarios when applicable.
Support enhancements related to retail execution, promotions, or trade processes under guidance.

Key Skills
Primary Skills (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in:
o Salesforce Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Good understanding of:
o SOQL/SOSL
o Triggers, Batch, Queueable Apex
o Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits
Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing
JavaScript
Good to Have
CG Cloud Retail / TPM development exposure
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs)
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II)

Experience
4–6+ years of overall experience with strong Salesforce development exposure
Experience working in Agile delivery or AMS environments
Prior experience in client-facing delivery teams is an advantage
