As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support evolving organizational goals.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with integrating and customizing product experience management tools within broader software ecosystems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code tailored to specific business needs.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing software components for enhanced performance.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
