As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored software solutions that meet organizational needs and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to align with business processes.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques used in ServiceNow development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
