Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing tailored software solutions. This role includes designing applications that align with business processes and objectives, ensuring that the solutions effectively address organizational needs. The position requires continuous engagement with project teams to refine application designs and support the development lifecycle, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
- Strong understanding of scalable and secure application architectures.
- Ability to integrate various AWS services to build comprehensive solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools within cloud environments.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and cost management in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
