Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment will be part of your routine activities, contributing to efficient and effective business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
- Experience in developing and customizing business process management applications.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
