Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing master data management solutions to align with organizational processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data workflows and integration.
- Familiarity with data quality management and validation techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
