- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and their application in SAP environments.
- Experience in developing and optimizing database procedures and functions for high performance.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and tools to manage software delivery.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions within SAP landscapes.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
