Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations is a key aspect of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions meet specific organizational needs and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to meet unique business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
