Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within the Pega environment.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Pega applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega Platform implementations.
- Familiarity with integrating Pega applications with external systems and data sources.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability within the Pega framework.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
