Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of your daily activities, contributing to efficient and effective business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on development best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for HANA database performance.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve software defects.
- Ability to work with various SAP modules and integrate ABAP developments seamlessly within the SAP ecosystem.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
