- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Java Full Stack Development, Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot.
- The candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures that support modular and scalable applications.
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful API development and integration within distributed systems.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration tools to support deployment and scalability.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in complex software environments.

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
