- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to review and improve software components for better performance and reliability.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and experience in managing SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Basis.
- Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and patch management.
- Familiarity with database administration and backup strategies within SAP landscapes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
