Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the desired requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through technical challenges and aligning efforts to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery of the software product.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with application configuration and deployment strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
