Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively manages the lifecycle of software products, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the broader technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with front-end development tools and frameworks related to React.js.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs and managing asynchronous data flows.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
