As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing.
- Experience in developing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
