Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of software projects. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
-Integrates AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance solution outcomes and productivity.
-Leverages AI agents and intelligent automation for process efficiency and scalability.
-Applies generative AI technologies across solution design and delivery

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
