Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and perform efficiently. Your work directly supports business objectives by adapting modern frameworks to meet unique organizational requirements, fostering innovation and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software components.
- Maintain and enhance existing software systems to improve functionality and user experience.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks related to Salesforce development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently within custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
