As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the software you develop is scalable and performs efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by applying innovative approaches and continuously refining the software to align with evolving project goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and management.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing platforms.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with database systems and data modeling techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
