Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux.
- Strong knowledge of scripting techniques to automate system tasks and streamline workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in Unix-based environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.
- Experience in integrating custom scripts with larger software systems to enhance functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
