Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position serves as the main liaison for project-related communications, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective software solutions. The role demands a proactive approach to managing tasks and collaborating with different teams to achieve project goals efficiently.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end (React preferred) and back-end development frameworks and tools related to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Can develop Front-End SPA ( Single page App) Development using React
- Azure Cloud Integration - Integrate SPA applications with Microsoft Azure services
Develop and consume APIs hosted on: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure API Management
API & Backend Collaboration, Consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
Handle API security and token-based authentication

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
