- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development, Python (Programming Language), Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing software agents that interact seamlessly within complex systems.
- Ability to integrate AI-driven workflows to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for high performance.
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Agent Development.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
