As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support evolving organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software designs.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Snowflake Schema, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Experience with designing and implementing data structures that optimize system performance.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective models.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and integration of data models within applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
