Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or stages within the product lifecycle. This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. The position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that software solutions align with business objectives and operational needs, while also adapting to evolving project demands and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong expertise in software development lifecycle and configuration management within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in integrating SAP Project System with other enterprise systems and modules.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
