Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by developing high-quality, adaptable solutions that enhance overall system performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and resolve issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production planning workflows within SAP systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise modules.
- Skilled in analyzing system performance and implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
