Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project-related communications, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application development process aligns with organizational goals. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous collaboration, and overseeing the progress of application delivery from conception through deployment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the broader system environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and application performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues effectively.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and their deployment models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
