- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data management and integration techniques.
- Experience with designing and developing scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile development practices to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics within enterprise environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software solutions for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
