Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire product lifecycle or focusing on specific stages. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to apply your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. You will also participate in discussions to enhance project outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions that align with project goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with web frameworks and libraries related to Python. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
