- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing database administration and system monitoring to ensure high availability and performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with transport management and system upgrades in SAP landscapes.
- Understanding of security concepts and user administration in SAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
