- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience with integrating multiple systems and ensuring interoperability.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Skilled in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies to meet project objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
