Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system functionalities. The role includes designing solutions tailored to meet specific needs, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and addressing any maintenance or enhancement tasks. Collaboration with different teams to align development efforts and continuous improvement of software applications are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that client expectations are met effectively and efficiently.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
- Ability to design modular and reusable code components.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and deployment processes.
- Competence in integrating SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
