Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
