Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions, while continuously adapting to evolving project needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to support multi-system environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Openlink Endur.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ office.
