- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to design and optimize data structures that support application functionality.
- Experience in translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable data models.
- Ability to work with various database systems and understand their impact on application performance.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within complex software environments.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
