Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with modern software frameworks and tools used for custom application development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Good understanding of system integration and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
