Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure the applications are aligned with organizational goals, testing and refining software components, and continuously improving application performance and usability to support business operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support development and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of back-end development, including database management and server-side logic.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
